We first come to view the property to discuss a small replacement to make it look newer and partially more appealing. While there we discovered the room had been sectioned off and 1/3 of the room was blocked behind a stood wall. We agreed to take the wall down and try uncover what was behind there of what issues were there. When we opened it up we found it just an open space with a old brick built oven which unfortunatly would of cost to much money too restore it.The customer then decided to go with what she wanted to do and we fully revamped back to bare brick.
